You might have seen this one before, it's been on most of the big gaming sites, and I can't even remember where I saw it first. I've been meaning to post a link for a while now, but never got around to it until now.

Planarity is a great puzzle game that seems simple at first, but gets difficult very quickly. You have to move the points around until none of the adjoining lines intersect.
