Buried in a forum thread over on Joel on Software is one of those links that is just so useful that you have to share it right away.

Open Source Web Design is a community site dedicated to sharing free to use web site templates and designs. As someone who's been meaning to change my blog template for months, and trying to find the time to do a major overhaul of my product sites, when I found this I felt like I'd struck gold.
