Minor Adjustments

I added a new "Roster" themed sub-site for Oriador last week, to hopefully provide a better experience for visitors searching for rostering software. There are now 3 distinct entry points to the Oriador site, depending on the search keyword.

Staff Rostering
Staff Scheduling
Staff Rota

This time around I also made slight changes to the build of the software, replacing all uses of the word "rota" with "roster" and "schedule". Hopefully all this will have a positive impact, but this is one of those times when having a long sales cycle and long trial period really works against you. I might have a vague idea of whether this is helping by about mid-October, assuming I can correctly adjust for the normal seasonal variations...
